Measures to prevent the spread
of the new coronavirus (COVID-19)

We usually consider the safety and security of our guests as our first priority, and we are striving to provide a comfortable stay by implementing various initiatives.

In light of the recent spread of a new type of virus (COVID-19), we have implemented the following measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees.

  1. Thorough use of alcohol disinfection during cleaning of the facilities.
  2. In addition to regular cleaning, we frequently disinfect the reception desk and other areas of the hotel that are frequently touched. We also disinfect doorknobs, door handles, in-room handles, remote controls, and switches.
  3. All employees at our lodging facilities are required to take their temperature before work as part of health management.
    Employees who are not feeling well, such as those with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cough or other symptoms of a cold, abnormal sense of taste or smell, or fatigue, are asked to refrain from coming to work.
  4. In the event that an employee has a family member who is infected or suspected of being infected, we will coordinate information as appropriate to ensure that the employee’s condition is under control.
  5. Stay cleaning during your stay will be done only upon request.
  6. Windows and doors in the building are regularly aired out.
  7. We will always disinfect our hands with alcohol after exchanging money. Cash trays will be used instead of handing money to and from employees.
  8. All employees are required to wear masks when commuting and working.
  9. All guests are required to take a temperature check, and if the temperature rises above 37.5 degrees Celsius, the guest will be asked to take another temperature check.
